This session option is for returning clients who have completed a container or at least a 90 minute initial session, and just want a little "check in". This is a 50 minute standalone session, not part of a mentoring or longer term container. Clients may update me on their life, engage in feedback from pervious sessions, ask for advice, receive energetic readings on their current circumstances, tune their body, emotions, and nervous system.
