We will address childhood wounds, relationship trauma, destructive habits, and addictions. We will explore, and define, what healthy boundaries are—as boundaries are the keystone for well-being and connection. We will discuss goals for the work and for your life. We will look at energy and patterns and we will often get to the "root" of what is going on for you, not to rip it out—but to learn how to tend to it. These sessions may combine hypnotherapy, guided imagery, intuitive readings, as well as practical advice and application.

Our most basic immersion: 3 sessions with intermediary support is our most popular option for clients.

The 3 session series includes support between sessions via text, messenger, Telegram or email. It will include homework assignments (reading, movies, practices etc.), to integrate the work we are doing.

Meet up with Justice weekly! Focus on healing, personal or professional development, creative exploration, inner development, or writing. The extent of what we can explore is what matters and is interesting to you. This form of consistent support (30 minute weekly sessions) helps clients learn the language of transformation, become more skillful at navigating energy, emotions, and psychic terrain, while making connections between the interplay between their inner and outer world. How does this work? That depends on the level of development of the individual and our shared dynamic. These sessions are organic, intuitive, energetic, and conversational. We will dive into your dreams, explore the nuances of past and current relationships, talk about personal and collective archetypes, and set goals.

Included with a weekly 30 minute session is ongoing email or Telegram support between us. Clients may go through one or two of these series or stick around for years to keep healing, playing, learning, and growing with Justice.

This session option is for returning clients who have completed a container or at least a 90 minute initial session, and just want a little "check in". This is a 50 minute standalone session, not part of a mentoring or longer term container. Clients may update me on their life, engage in feedback from pervious sessions, ask for advice, receive energetic readings on their current circumstances, tune their body, emotions, and nervous system.

This process will take you into the depths of your psyche—exploring the relational nature of both your inner and outer world. This exploration encompasses past relationships: parental, family, childhood, and social dynamics. This also includes current relationships of all types, from work to intimate to the way you communicate with your own body, nervous system, nature and the Unseen. This container includes 18- 60 minute sessions with ongoing support in between via text, email, or Telegram for the extent of the container. Boundaries are internal, external, relational, self-oriented, and other inclusive. Boundaries invite others to come closer to us, to get to know us in mutually respectful and life-honoring ways. If you have ever struggled with boundaries, with people-pleasing, with abusive relationship dynamics, chronic gut issues, trouble with weight and your relationship with food and other substances, or auto immune disease or symptoms, this class may be beneficial for you.

We discuss and workshop boundaries from the energetics, to how we embody them, to how we hold them internally with ourselves, and implement them with others.

This class will provide a basic structure for anyone who wants step into the realm between realms to cause effect in their daily lives. We will cover intention, exchange, communication, and primarily safety and responsibility. Be prepared with a notebook and candle if yo so choose, as well as any talismans that appeal to you. The class will run 60-90 minutes and will be recorded if you cannot attend live. This is my way of moving through the world and I am so excited to share it with you!

Though we can be fully possessed by this consciousness, we can never be fully rid of it. We can learn to recognize it in ourselves, others, and our world’s systems. We can gain compassionate awareness and practices that help us address and contain it. We have the ability to see through it and reclaim our creative spirit and our humanity.

The class will include a clear description of what Wetiko is, how we recognize it in ourselves and what do do when we locate it. How we address it in our personal relationships and how we confront it in the larger world. We will include real time practices and a body-based mediation to facilitate a deep and safe engagement process.
