What are Justice's credentials?
Justice Bartlett has been working with peope in the holistic healing field, and transformational arts for 20 years. Rather than taking a traditional approach to becoming accredited, Justice took an eclectic approach through various programs and self-education.
Justice attended Northwest School of Massage in 2005, and became a licensed massage therapist (LMP) in the state of Washington. That training formed the backbone of Justice's knowledge of anaotmy and phsical bodies, including various subtle energy modalities, as well as some Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Her methods of "working" with energy are organic, inuitive, and tailored to each indvidiual.
Justice attained her C.H.T. (hypnotherapist certification) from the Institute for Therapeutic Learning in 2012.
She also gained experience as a public speaker, addressing hundreds of people at seminars, in the years she taught with Matrix Energetics, between 2007 -2011. There she also designed her own courses that were presented for children and families.
Justice has studied a wealth of courses on relationships, trauma, and psychology, particulary of Jungian orientation. She is a top contributing writer for the online magazine, Elephant Journal, and is currently working on a book. Justice also puts her years of experience teaching and "holding space" in both large and intimate groups into the in-person retreats she offers in the wilds of Montana. .
What kind of people are drawn to Justice's work?
Anyone can benefit from the compassion and clarity that the Senses & Symbols work creates not only within an individual's psyche, but also in relationships, and work environments. Justice's clientelle are often other professional healers, counselors, and psychotherapists. The people who are best suited to this work are curious and open-minded; they may have been to, or are currently seeing, a therapist, or they are looking for an alternative to traditional therapy. The goal of this work is to provide clients with tools they can use to improve their lives, including habits, health, and relationships.
What does a session with Justice typically look like?
Justice refers to this work, Senses & Symbols: intutive, cognitive sculpting as "state-based" healing and learning or perhaps "unlearning", as we are unraveling what is known, and diving into the Unknown together.
This means we (client and guide) are generating a shared "state" between us, whether in person or at a distance, which is energetic, emotional, psychic, and physical—a state that is founded in safety. The tone of the work is relaxed and conversational. The various modalities that Justice applies arise freely and blend seamlessly with whatever is unfolding in each moment. Justice believes that people tend to already "hold" the solutions they are seeking; they simply need someone who is skilled at listening and weaving the threads of their stories together to assist them in discovering what they know.
Regardless of the work's orientation: healing, mentoring, creative exploration, and learning we "move" at a rate that the body can accommodate. We pause to focus on breath and sensations as well as other intuitive cues that Justice picks out from the way a person speaks, from their body-language, as well as what can be buried "between the lines". Justice asks questions that invite people to discover their own solutions while tending to the body's processes, uncovering their personal mythologies, and rewriting them as is needed.
Single sessions will cover as much as safely possible. Session containers unfold over the determined amount of time to best suit each individuals healing and learning rates.
Sessions can be held over zoom or other video-call apps, via the phone, or in person in Bozeman, MT.
What are the benefits of working with Justice?
Clients who work with Justice expereince more clarity in thought and emotional processes, improved relationship dynamics, heightening of thier own intutive gifts or creative expression. Some clients have gotten relief from physical pain, have integrated the causes for addictive behaviors and substance use, and have (with support) been able to lessen their dependency upon certain medications; this should always be done with appropriate medical support. Clients have gotten clear of draining relationships, changed careers, and have found the courage to live more of the lives they dreamed of. Clients learn to tend their own trauma, work with thier "parts" enage in somatic practices that help them "regulate" their systems, neurologically, and emotionally. Clients tend to report an all over sense of well being, trust in themselves and greater satisfaction with life.
Justice's ultimate goal with clients is for them to become more skilled, more self-sufficient, and ultimatley to not need her. Clients who return over the years will often work with her for a time, take a break, and return when life shifts, grief emerges, or something occurs for which recurrent support is needed. Clients also get involved in groups and courses for the pleasure of learning as well as getting to know other like-minded souls.
