The course will take place over 3 weeks. We will meet live on the 11th, 18th, and 25 of June. These days align with the moon phases beginning on a full moon and ending on a new one.  This is intentional. As well as the live video meetings via Zoom, I will host a Telegram channel for participants to share their stories and experiences through course. The course itself will include live interactions, exercises, mediations, and instructions as well as homework. 

We will address the energetic, emotional, and relational aspects of what it is to be contained. By this I mean holding our sense of self and agency alone and in relationship while respecting ourselves and others. What it takes to attain this "state" is a willingness to be with the sensations in our body and to accurately interpret what they mean in real time as well as what our bodies have shown us through our own histories

The course will help people who are looking to recover from people pleasing, codependency or narcissistic wounding, and who are looking to implement healthy boundaries with others and themselves. 

We will cover how to stay with your body and track what is happening when you are feeling uncomfortable or threatened. How to (energetically) tell the difference between yourself and others. (That refers to our own personal relationships as well as how we notice, relate, and are affected by the collective energies including but not limited to the effects of the news, social media, political and world events, our own families, and communities.) 

We will address how to protect yourself when it is appropriate, as well as how to tell the difference between being "triggered" by unresolved past trauma and when someone or something is an actual threat. 

We will look at conflict and how to engage healthily and respectfully.

Finally and maybe most importantly, this course will al help you to hold more genuine compassion for yourself and others.
