Boundaries are internal, external, relational, self-oriented, and other inclusive. Boundaries invite others to come closer to us, to get to know us in mutually respectful and life-honoring ways. If you have ever struggled with boundaries, with people-pleasing, with abusive relationship dynamics, chronic gut issues, trouble with weight and your relationship with food and other substances, or auto immune disease or symptoms, this class may be beneficial for you.<br><br>We discuss and workshop boundaries from the energetics, to how we embody them, to how we hold them internally with ourselves, and implement them with others.<br>

You will receive a link via email to enjoy this class! <br><br>This class will facilitate clarity and awareness around subtle energy and relationship dynamics. Whether you work with people in a healing capacity, are part of the service industry, or simply want more clarity around the various ways our interactions impact ourselves and others, you may find benefit in this class. <br>As energetic beings, we effect each other in many ways. This workshop will show you how to discern where your energy and others begins and intersects and what impacts that has on your mental, emotional, and physical well being. We will discuss boundaries, embodiment, respect, and protection. <br>The class will be offered live and will include real time demonstrations of these process, as well as a Q & A and will be recorded. It will be approximately 90 minutes long and offered online.
The Witches Way: Recording
Do you feel drawn to ritual or maybe find yourself just making them up? Do the seasons speak to you, their transitions sing through your blood? Are you curious about the role of intention in conscious creation and how to direct it effectively and safely? Are you drawn to spellmaking, or other forms of magical focus? If so, you may find benefit in this class. The Craft is primarily about our partnership with life. It is about how we interact with our own souls, bodies, each other, nature and last but not least the Unseen. The craft is relational, practical, and deeply potent—and to utilize such energies and tools requires awareness, responsibility, surrender, and sacrifice. This class will provide a basic structure for anyone who wants step into the realm between realms to cause effect in their daily lives. We will cover intention, exchange, communication, and primarily safety and responsibility. Be prepared with a notebook and candle if yo so choose, as well as any talismans that appeal to you. The class will run 60-90 minutes and will be recorded if you cannot attend live. This is my way of moving through the world and I am so excited to share it with you!
