As energetic beings, we effect each other in many ways. This workshop will show you how to discern where your energy and others begins and intersects and what impacts that has on your mental, emotional, and physical well being. We will discuss boundaries, embodiment, respect, and protection.
The class will be offered live and will include real time demonstrations of these process, as well as a Q & A and will be recorded. It will be approximately 90 minutes long and offered online.
